This product is the only upcycled blanket in Japan that uses recycled yarn made from discarded clothing in Japan, with all processes carried out domestically.

Sweaters, the raw material for discarded clothing, are reprocessed into yarn, resulting in fine fibers that are softer and more skin-friendly than regular wool.

This TONITO original recycled wool blanket is made with yarn that has undergone all manufacturing processes domestically. Our philosophy resonated with diverse individuals, whose efforts brought TONITO's craftsmanship to life.
Each item is produced domestically with care and thought, and the subtle differences in expression between individual pieces are also part of their charm.

We are responsible for the collection and selection of discarded clothing, which serves as the raw material. By sorting the clothing by color at the collection stage, we can achieve expressions that directly utilize the original garment's color. Although it is time-consuming, we choose an environmentally friendly process that avoids the need for new dyeing.
